Terms And Conditions
There are no restrictions based on age, training or nationality for submission.
Submission is free. Only selected artists will have to pay the participation fee in order to take part in the exhibition.
The Artist must hold all moral and intellectual property rights. Must be the owner and the work(s) submitted are of their own origination.
All works must be well presented. Prints and paper work must be suitably framed (protected with glass or plexiglass). No metal or clips frames are permitted.
All submissions will be reviewed and selected by the curator. Only the selected artworks are allowed to be part of the show. Please note that the decisions are final and we are unable to offer feedback.
Submissions must not contain anything which is or would be in breach of applicable laws or infringes any third party rights (such as material which is obscene, indecent, pornographic, seditious, offensive, defamatory, threatening, liable to incite racial hatred or menacing).
The gallery uses a hanging system, D-rings should be fitted on the back of frame aprox. 7cm from the top. Frames without D-rings will not be exhibited.
In case the artwork breaks or falls apart due to lack of proper fittings according to the galley’s guidelines, the piece will be removed from the show.
The selected artworks are allocated based on size, orientation, technical specifications, colours, etc. The curator carefully plans the placement of each work to ensure consistency throughout the show. Please note that the decisions are final and not open for discussion.
The organisers or gallery will not be liable for any loss or damage to any artworks physically submitted at any point.
We recommend that the Artist insure their artwork, especially in transit and while being exhibited.
Artist accept that all work submitted will be available for sale in the exhibition(s) and on our website until the end of the period, the artwork is collected.
The organiser will take payment from the buyer of the artwork and, once payment is received, will pay the artist minus the 10% of total sale price if the card machine was used for payment. The payment will be made after the exhibition is over within 10 days.
All Artists agree that we may reproduce their work, only in association with the exhibition (including press/publicity/website and catalogue and any other printed or digital material, advertising the exhibitions).
Artists submitting work from any countries outside UK and EU may need to register for VAT, please check with HM Revenue and Customs. If your work is sold at the exhibition you have a responsibility to register and account for UK VAT with H.M. Revenue & Customs.
If you cancel your participation before our 30-day deadline, we will refund 50% of your payment.
There are NO REFUNDS within 30 days of the exhibition date (but substitutions are allowed).
